Proper tasty!! Added some prawns and crispy chilli oil on top, how do you get the rice to come out in a bowl shape? 🤔 I tried compressing it in a cup but it still fell apart 🙄

So glad you enjoyed it, Laura! 😍 This looks amazing. For the rice, I usually pack it tightly into a small bowl using my fingers, then turn it out into the serving bowl first. I let it sit for 10–20 seconds, then give it a gentle tap on the base to help it release. Carefully lift the bowl off—and you’ll get that perfect bowl shape! Hope that helps!💖
