Notes

For a smoother juice, strain through a fine sieve after blending or juicing. If your watermelon is not very sweet, add a little honey, agave or maple syrup to taste. Start with less ginger if making this for children, then add more for extra heat. No juicer? Blend everything with a splash of cold water, then strain and serve over plenty of ice.
