Cretan Salad

A refreshing take on a Greek salad, this Cretan-inspired dish features creamy sesame-coated goat cheese, briny olives, tangy capers, and crisp fresh vegetables, all brought together with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Instead of traditional rusks, crispy potatoes add a delicious crunch, making this a perfect balance of texture and bold Mediterranean flavours.

Lovely flavours going on and so simple! Dem’s tips for the goat’s cheese balls includes chilling the balls after rolling and patting dry with kitchen towel to help the sesame seeds stick better! 👌🏻🤤🩷
